InteliWeb: Adaptation in eLearning

InteliWeb is a special designed module used for displaying the raw or personalized and adapted content on the users' device. The main concept of this component is to provide a framework where all personalized Web-sites can be navigated. Using this interface users navigate through the provider's content. Based on their profiling a further support will be provided to them with the use of a slide-in panel at the top of the screen, containing all learner control attributes, as well as navigation support and aesthetics enhancements according to their status.

Having in mind the same concept of the above component, InteliWeb (for eServices environments) is specially designed for displaying the raw or personalized and adapted content on the users' device, but with different adaptation taking plave and providing navigation tools adapted specifivally for generic environment of eServices.

InteliWeb mobile is an adaptation system for providing users with raw or personalized mLearning content through the mobile Web. Users can view the mLearning content in Standard Mode or in Personalized Mode after the adaptation process, based on their comprehensive profiles or environment choice, takes place.

The primary objective of the first version of mAIWeb is to study the effects that a portion of the User Perceptual Preference Characteristics, namely, the Cognitive Styles and the Working Memory has on the learning process. In order to achieve mAIWeb goals, we conducted a number of experiments to show the relation between the User's Perceptual Preference Characteristics and Academic Performance.
